The Bar Carla, commonly called and known by all as "la Villa", was opened in 1964 by the idea of Mario and Angiola. Initially as a small bar to open in summer. Over the years it is expanded several times to reach today's structure. He is currently managed by their son Carlo and his wife Tonina. From the outset, the place has demonstrated its vocation to turn to a clientele mainly composed of young people, but not only. Since then there is no boy or girl of Pigna or neighboring countries who can not remember or tell about the fun nights spent together with friends at the "Villa". In the last few years, it has been offered to the public by organizing music events and shows with bands and djs in the area, obtaining a flattering success, so as to encourage us to continue in the staging and to propose and promote new events of this kind.
